Information:
The North East Point beach is a popular white sandy beach, great for swimming, walking and just relaxing the day away. During the summer months you can try your hand at rowing a traditional Nova Scotia dory with the Queen of Hearts Dory Club, you can also join the crowd to watch the Nova Scotia Boat Racers Association boat races. Take part in the Shelburne County Lobster Festival events in June as we celebrate the ending of the lobster season. You will be able to watch as lobstermen haul their lobster traps during lobster season and see a spectacular display of fireworks during our Festival of Lights in December.
