What facilities are on the Island of St Martins ?

The island shop & post office, St Martins Stores, is conveniently located in Highertown, helping to provide all your food requirements for your holiday. An order sent in advance will ensure groceries at your accommodation on the day you arrive.

The Island Bakery, also in Highertown, is open Monday to Saturday for speciality breads, pasties & pizzas.

There are plenty of places for a meal out, or for a snack or cream tea: Sevenstones Inn & Karma St Martins Hotel are both situated in Lowertown. Polreath, Little Arthur Cafe & Adam's Fish & Chips are all in Highertown.

Pre booking in the height of the season is essential.

For that special gift to take home, a visit to St Martins Vineyard, North Farm Gallery, Middletown Barn & Fay Page Silver Gallery are a must.

Our Island Hall has a large sports hall, a small quiet room & well equipped gym. A doctor's surgery is held there every Wednesday afternoon.

Mobile phone coverage is available in most areas on St Martins, however for nostalgia there's always the pay phone just up the road - possibly one of the last working red 'phone boxes in the country.
