We highly recommend booking a week or two in advance as we cannot
guarantee we will have what you want available on the spot. You can book
further in advance, but it will be impossible to predict the weather.

Splashsports has something for all ages and walks of life! Under 10’s must be accompanied by an adult (+18) when using our equipment (Aquapark,
Kayaking, Stand up paddle boarding, Pedalos and trampolines) as these
activities are supervised by Splashports staff but not directly. The Surf Camps, surf lessons and Mega club are of exception as they are directly supervised by trained instructors with a ratio of 8:1.

We provide 5mm winter wetsuits,5mm booties and Buoyancy aids for all
shapes and sizes. During the height of the summer some may insist on wearing no booties and shorty wetsuits as the weather is tropic, with this heat brings in the jellyfish, wind and the splash off the aquapark can be quiet harsh on the skin, so we have no issues if you want to wear your own equipment once its suitable and we are happy with it.

Being able to swim is one thing but the most important is being comfortable in the water! Everyone is required to wear a buoyancy aid while with us,all staff are fully qualified RLSS Beach lifeguards and First Aid trained.

Rain is not an issue for us, you’ll be getting wet anyway! All activities are
weather/sea and tide dependant, SplashSports reserves the right to cancel last minute or reschedule when there are safety concerns.

We don’t have lockers to store valuables in either centres, so we recommend not bringing anything of value or storing them in your car.

There are no showers in either facility, but there are public toilets in the car
park of Sandy Bay

We recommend arriving at least 40 minutes early for your session This is to
give plenty of time for you to get suited and booted, For those who have never put on a wetsuit before they can take a bit of time to put on. If for some reason you will be late, try and contact us and we will try our best to
accommodate you. Unfortunately, we cannot give extra time if you are not on time and there will be no refund.

We understand plans change so please contact us 48 hours prior if the
numbers of your booking change. It would be a shame for us to turn away
other people if you do not require those spaces! There will be no price
deduction or refund if you do not let us know

We cannot guarantee we can accommodate everybody if you turn up with
more than you booked as we have only a number of equipment and staff,
safety is paramount in SplashSports!

Please let us know if you cannot make your booking due to becoming positive, a close contact or lockdown. Just contact us and we can reschedule your booking! We’re all in this together!
